Hello! I'm slowly getting over a long vertigo bout and trying to get back into working out with a reformer. Lying down to do legwork is not so happy right now. Forget about elephant, or anything where my head is lower than my chest. Right now I'm repeating the same arm workouts over and over again and treasuring my elliptical. Does anyone have any experience with this? or give pointers to videos here that I could use while I'm mending? thank you kindly, ioana
