It seems like all of the videos using the tower/ Cadillac have Balanced Body springs so the instructor talks about yellow/blue/purple/red springs. I have gratz springs, which is only one setting. What do I need to do in order to match my exercise tensions with the ones in the video?
Caitlyn T ~ We do have some teachers who use Gratz springs in our Tower and Cadillac classes. I recommend looking at classes by teachers with Romana's Pilates and The New York Pilates Studio® to see those classes. Also, since the Gratz springs are typically on the heavier side, the closest setting on a Balanced Body Tower/Cadillac would be red for the arm springs and purple for the leg springs.
