Adding Yoga instructors to your Pilates studio

Hi All - if this is a subject that has been covered, could you forward a link to me? Otherwise, I am a new studio owner. We are moving into a larger space so we can offer more services, of which one is yoga. How do you (studio owners) hire yoga instructors? As employees? As independent contractors (freelance)? How did you decide which to do - employee or IC? How did you choose their pay? How did you decide on a price for the classes? Any other words of wisdom would be absolutely positively appreciated! I feel totally out of my league here - even though I am a Pilates studio owner. There is currently only myself and my business partner as the instructors. We are ready to expand and I feel like I don't know what I am doing (because, technically, I don't know what I am doing when it comes to hiring instructors) I want to be fair to them but I also need them to make some money for the business.
