Hi everyone, so I had my second child 9 months ago, all went well with pregnancy, had pelvic floor issues and ab seperation but both have resolved itself. But I notice that the muscle is still so squishy despite being back at pilates a few months now. I thought since I have been doing pilates years that it would have muscle memory? How long did it take for your core to strengthen back up again after second
