I love hiking the Santa Barbara hills and walking/playing with my dog Maddie. She loves the beach and it gives me quality time outside. Dancing around my house is an everyday activity too.....just beacuse I don't dance professionally anymore doesn't mean I have to stop doing it altogether. It keeps me balanced!!
