Servicing Pilates Equipment

I have an old classic style Current Concepts (now known as Balanced Body) reformer that is in need of professional wheel realignment. My studio is right on the beach so there is alot of moisture and salt in the air which effects the whole frame and the reformer carriage won't glide in or out. For years I have been able to adjust the wheel symmetry by adding or taking away washers as needed. Now nothing seems to work :( I need assistance with this but there are no pilates repair services out here on Maui, any suggestions?
