What does the pace mean

For example, "deliberate" pace vs "moderate" pace. Don't really understand the term deliberate.

This is really one for the instructors, but "deliberate" is the slowest moving pace. To me, it means that they are taking more time in each pose or posture and perhaps concentrating more on getting the small details correct.
Hi Debra ~ It's a good question. Because we realize the pace (or level of a class) is subjective, we went ahead and wrote out the general guidelines we follow when labeling our classes in our FAQ's section.
