Pilates for MS sufferer

I have a friend who has MS and she would like to begin Pilates to deal with muscle spasticity. I am new to Pilates myself, but the more I do the more I am concerned that w/out a "live" teacher in the room it might be difficult for her and possibly cause more problems. Anyone experienced in Pilates for MS?
