If we're doing the exercises on an Allegro with a mat conversion and you can read "Alllegro" on the reformer do I have to cover that up? Thanks!
Valya ~ Thank you for your post. If the word "Allegro" on the Reformer is really big and distracting, then you should cover it. The judges should be focused on you, not what's written on your equipment. Does it say "Allegro" on more than one side? If it is only on one side, maybe you could have the side without it facing the camera.
May we progress into the exercise (as we would in a real teaching situation) or should we just show the ultimate expression of the exercise?
Props are alloewed? Only the 5 excercises hoy mentioned?,
and last question, Only english?
Laura~ You can use props, but your client needs to show the full exercise by itself as well. Make sure you explain why you are adding to the exercises. We are looking for those 5 exercises, if you teach more make sure you don't exceed the 15 minute limit. Also, we are looking for instructors who can teach in English since our videos are in English. Below is a link to our Contest FAQs.

Carol ~ You can progress into the exercise, you just need to make sure that your client does the full exercise
