I am trying to preview the madeline black workshop on scoliosis and there is no auto-detect... the low resolution is the only one that seems to play smoothly consistently but the resolution is so grainy it's not pleasant to watch…any thoughts?

Lenore ~ Our previews for the workshops only have the option for Low, Med, and HD resolutions. When you watch the full workshop, (after it has been purchased) then it will be in auto-detect.

any video I watch is glitchy, keeps pausing. I don't see the option to select low, medium, etc.

Kelly ~ You can go to Video Player Options and choose the option that says Show Options for Low, Med, and HD. Once you have saved this, you will be able to select the video quality you want when you watch the videos. I hope this helps!
