I visited with Mary Bowen last October at her home in CT. She is an absolute pleasure to be around! She help me in SO many ways. She helped me figure out my posture, which had gotten confused for me. She reenforced in me the power of the yawn, which I had been using with clients since seeing her in Minneapolis. She helped me get an amazing stretch on the cadillac, to which I've found nothing comparable since! She also helped me in my personal life, as I just knew she would. She has a way of talking with you about what's important in your life whether you bring it up or not!
This was our third meeting and I can't wait to see her again! Anyone who is able should go see her. She is a gift.
