Hi Sarah Love your classes I have an old Stott reformer which I bought from pilates teacher. Wondering if you can help with the what springs to use when doing your workouts. I have 2 full springs and 2 more of a lesser strength and 1/2 spring in the center. So when you say red or blue what are in referring to? thank you
Hi Dawn P!  Sorry for  the delay.  It has been a busy couple of weeks.  All springs are a bit different (even by the same maker), but as you get to know how things should feel, you will have a better idea about how to adjust as needed. I believe Stott now uses the same color coding as Balanced body.  Green=Heavy, Red=traditional full spring, Blue=half, Yellow=very light.  Play with your springs a bit and you should be able to figure out the best formula!!  Simple answer: a red is a full spring and blue is half.  So when using both,  1.5 total.  Hope this helps!! take care:)
