Great class! Very challenging for me today, but I loved the cueing on the sidekicks as that's always a particularly tough exercise for me. And maybe one day I can do the control balance rollback into standing like Niedra :)

Niedea is impressive. Maybe ... one day I will get close to her perfection. And I always discover something with Monica’s cues: this time around I paid attention to my ribs during sidekicks. Thank you.
