Love your foam roller classes. Great for chest opening , tension release. And I like the idea of using weights for foam roller classes - great for strengthening as well! Thank you for one more wonderful class, already added to my favorites
This is a very efficient workout for me as a person who has migraine problem mostly triggered from my rhomboids and trapezius muscles ...specially those movements on prone position were great... thank you Amy Havens
Lovely flowing and balanced class - and wonderful that it all fits in to half an hour, which is a perfect length for me when there are always so many other pulls on my time!
I think I've commented here before, but just wanted to mention again how fantastic this class is! I come back to it over and over again because it's so beautifully structured, challenging but not too-out-there after a long day, and sooo nice for my hips and shoulders. And my Swan is never as nice as in this one :) Thank you for this gem, Amy!
