at 2:45 why are we saying  "pushing the knees backwards"? i think the knees are going to the side !?? pls advise anyone !

Thanks so much Carrie! My arabesque is a work in progress. How does your leg go that high?!?!  : )  I started this class with such a bad attitude (about everything in the universe) and now I'm feeling like Queen for a Day--way to turn my frown upside down!
