Hi Amy, Each person will have their own experience in their body and how it feels. I cannot tell you a "should" feel. The cue is designed to place one's attention on the sacrum and how imagining how the bone responds to the movement of extension. I do cue this in all prone work.
I love the hip glide and the final move 👍👍
Also interesting knee stretch with the interval rotation I RELLY felt that and I’ve never done the hip glide with the knee stretch before - love to learn something new

Not my favorite class.. too slow and doesn't seem like a level 2
Madeline Black this was an excellent class for me, 18 months postpartum. My pelvis feels more connected than it has in a very long time. Thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful class, Madeline! It gave me greater awareness of my own pelvic imbalances and some "ah ha" moments that will help me in my practice going forward. Loved how balanced and grounded I felt after class.
