This was very helpful and immediately usable for a new client that I have with an S curve.  I'm checking my understanding of Ticktock/corkscrew here.
Are you cuing differently to keep the alignment of the pelvis due to the scoliosis?  Or as you say it's more about hip joint movement so in order to facilitate the femoral head moving in the joint, she shortens and lengthens?    Thank you!

Wow, this was very helpful.  I have an S curve client who will benefit from these exercises. Thank you!
How do You intentionally  breathe into one side of the ribs or the other . Into the concave as she says. I don’t get that part . Thanks

Hello Heba, great question! You can place your hand on the area of the ribs you intention to increase the breath expansion. For example, if the left side of the ribs are approximated (ribs closer together) the other side is more expanded. Your hand sends a sensory information to the area, you focus on the breath moving into that side. You can also add an exhale to approximate the ribs that are too expanded (convex side), hold the approximation while breathing into the  other side. I hope this helps.
