Kyria, I only saw you briefly at recent PMA, but want you to know I taught a Ron inspired Mat Class with Percussive Breath to 100 people. Some loved it, and others thought it was "weird." However, It's the ONLY way I know how to teach. Thank you for making such a clear Tutorial, that further explains the principles of the Percussive Breath!

Thank you very much. I had learned clearly from your cues. I was struggling and felt so uncomfortable when doing excersice, but greatfully with this instruction, my breath become integrating with movement. I felt my nose with a cool air passed and more energized.
