I enjoyed this class - got very shaky legs. will definitely add to my favourites - thank you...But my lower back always aches on the prone exercises, iv been teaching pilates for a few years and I always feel prone exercises in lower back, despite trying to avoid this...
Thanks ladies. Caroline, you could try focusing more on a stabilizing contraction with the abdominals or perhaps not extending up as high. Hopefully that will help.
