Great use of arc barrel/SC. Lovely class!

It may be three years since anyone posted, but don't dismay, Amy!  This was a deeply restorative class and a good intro for me to play with my new arc barrel.  It delivered exactly what I had envisioned.  Biiiiiigggg streeeetch,  spinal articulation from sacrum to C1 and tension melting away.  Dreamy.
