There are some classes where I feel a general sense of goodness and lightness after taking. This was one of those classes. I think a lot of it can be attributed to articulating the spine (flexion, extension, lateral flexion, rotation) while stretching and strengthening its supportive structures. What Joe said must be true: “A man is as young as his spinal column.” True for women too. 😉
