Really enjoyed this class. Have started Pilates in the last few months, so not a complete beginner, but level 2 can be a bit challenging. The 1/2 level works really well for me.
Would have liked more instruction, for example; where to place the tail, when to squeeze the thighs, where is the shoulder and neck...I felt strain in my neck with this class and think it could have been better for me if there had been more instruction from this obviously knowledgeable instructor. Thank you.
