What a lovely collection of glistening bodies inspired to beautiful form with the precise cueing MeJo provides. I wish I could be there with you. I would love to see MeJo's approach to bodies who are stuck with roll-ups...maybe some less experienced movers could volunteer for her classes?

wonderful energy from MeJo and the class was great. Liked the incorporation of pulling straps, rowing and the breathing opening and closing arms and then reversing the breathing. I like to incorporate equipment exercises into the mat. Great!
