Wonderful, thank you Sherri. Can you use yoga strap instead of the Fletcher towel?

Joanna G it would be better to use a stretchy sweater scarf or a stiff theraband instead of a yoga strap. The strap needs to stretch just a little...

Thank you Sherri! That was very helpful. What would you recommend as an alternative for the fletcher towel? A normal towel maybe or a heavy theraband? Thanks again!!

Maria G so glad you found the tutorial helpful. You can use a sweater scarf, pashmina shawl or fold a green or blue theraband in half to substitute for the Fletcher Towel.
