Really liked the fluidity of the class with creative variations. I just had to tell myself to count to keep even on both sides.

Can't even believe how fast this went! What great, challenging fun new innovative things to do! can't wait to teach some of these! and like many others said, this is going into my faves!

Just got back from a little get away, where I didn't do much in the way of movement. But, lucky me, when I got back this delightful class was waiting for me! Thanks so much for being so awesome! It really is a pleasure!
