Just perfect for what I require today, thank you. Didn't have an arc so I used a partially deflated big ball which was fine....and for the ankle stretch used a half roller.
Leslie Seveno - great idea, glad to hear substitutions work! Arcs are not really that common in many studios, so I'll pass on your discovery if it comes up again.
Ah ... Happy sigh. Thank you so much Ruth - I love your teaching - your gentle voice and sense of humour and the way that even though you explain things carefully and exactly you keep the flow of the movement. Then suddenly the challenging exercises emerge with a smile on its face. Amazing class xxx
Thank you Heidi! It's true, play and ease are my value system now! I have a personal theory that past the age of 50, you've used up your lifetime allotment of discipline, and if it doesn't feel good and isn't fun, forget it! (So how to sneak the challenging muscle work into that, is the trick...)
Hi Ruth - I've just completed this class for the second time and love it even more! I would be very honoured for you to use the comment as a testimonial xxx
Please Ruth, - do more of this! I really love it and it is so useful for my clients! May be with heavy people in mind, who haven“t been dancers and are a bit handicapped by a bigger tummy or bigger breasts? You are so wonderfully undogmatic! thank you!!
