I am so thankful for this class. Rael is a brilliant teacher, I always enjoy his mat classes on Pilates Anytime. I look forward to one day getting my BASI certification!

Omgosh!! This was my first Level 2/3 class and I LOVED it! I honestly didn't know if I could keep up or do the work properly, but I have to say, I feel like I did pretty good! Thank you for a very challenging and strong, yet calming and awakening session!! Looking forward to doing this class again!! Blessings.
