Great pace, exercises, challenges and stretches!! Loved the variations in spine stretch and saw. Definitively going to be a daily practice . Thanks a bunch !!
Apart from discovering Pilates several years ago by a brilliant teacher, Katie Soudry, who then left the area but put me on to you guys! Other than that, minimal alcohol as that plays havoc with the menopause. I would put it mostly down to Pilates though. It's transformed me and my confidence. So Pilates can take full credit!! xx
