A great intro class for my new Fuse Ladder!  Love your humor and hope to see more of these with the actual ladder :)
Cool class good ideas - didn’t have the guts to do the back end but will try another day!!

This is cool to comeback to - I love the balance challenges here - what is your favorite way to plank using the fuse ladder? What is your fuse ladder structure for a class? Do you have a block system like basi?thanks

Hi Elizabeth D -- Natalia from the Pilates Anytime team here!

We were able to get insight directly from Mariska regarding your question! Here is what she said:

"Hi! I personally use a block system for Fuse Ladder group classes that involves warm ups, standing and balance exercises, floor work and hanging. I teach my style in and blocks in official trainings, but plenty of owners do their own thing! My favorite plank is the one with the legs in the springs, but you can plank using the backboard (not seen in this class since people with a tower wouldn’t have it). I like it because it’s easy on the wrists. You can also do incline, decline and side planks. Forearms planks. So many planks are possible!"
