Thank you so much for this! Did something to my back as I was lifting my (very cute but substantial) baby and this class really helped me to recover quickly and reconnect to my center. Now I can go back to carrying and lifting my little love bug! Thank you!!
I loved this workout. I have a bad back and need to be careful. I’m not a beginner but this workout is a great back-to-basics class that hits all areas of the body. Great queuing and flow. Thank you Meredith!
I enjoyed this very much Meredith. We cannot move properly without feeling the connection though the body. The stretch and deliberate pace is providing mobilization. I consider this essential to any practice! Thank you!
Note for others: Restorative does not necessarily mean simple. As an over 200 lb individual with weak core, I cannot do role ups an have a challenge with lifting my core for as long as is described to do in the videos. appreciate the class. but sharing that there is stuff that one may find quite challenging
