I had to step away from Pilates for a bit due to a back injury. I am back and this was a perfect 2nd class for me. I like how Amy uses heavy springs because I tend to go light to feel flow (and my fascial is slow to glide in my hamstrings). However, the heavier weight was empowering. TY.
Teresa H I'm so happy to hear that you're back into your Pilates practice! Yes, I feel that sometimes we must have the heavy springs to connect, feel and control. Light springs are wonderful sometimes as well, as you know with your expertise, there are variables to consider and variety can be wonderful.
