Barbara I am sorry the movements are not clear to you. The movements are different than Pilates moves that you may be accustomed to. Perhaps it would be helpful to look at the Oov tutorial with Daniel Vladeta, inventor of the Oov.
I love the OOV so much!!! and my students love it too!!! What a wonderful exercices to do to improve hip mobility and fascia releasing. Thank you Elizabeth for this.
I have a lot of abdominal pain due to perimenopause, and I admit that it was very tense during the abdominal series. But I could feel all my organs regaining movement. I'm fairly new to OOV. The sensations were very powerful, and I felt my body crack as if it were releasing tension.
