Dear Meredith, this is still (even after pandemic) one of the best classes on PILATES ANYTIME I ever did! I am trying to give my best with my quite disabled body after big thorassic surgery one and a half years ago. Today I did it only the second time, it is now very challenging for me and even if I am far away from perfectly doing every movement, the class has a big positive effect on my body and mind and helps me to improve and build up strength. I want to recommend it to everybody to enjoy this full body workout. You are guiding us so well! Thank you so much, Christiane
