I appreciated the wide legs second seated exercise with knee and ankle flexion.  A good opportunity to work the hamstrings with a hip stabilizer finish.

Thank you for a great class!  I have never heard those cues about the lower back in the leg circle exercise before.  I really appreciated the low back reminders:).

Really enjoyed the seated legs with knees bend and straighten...felt amazing on my back and I felt it really helped promote the sitting upright.
