Wow, I absolutely loved this!  Reformer classes have become a bit out of my budget, and I miss the biofeedback that they provide.  The towel on the floor/mat was just amazing.  The full wheel/bridge at the end was a bit much for my shoulder, but all in all an incredible class and I can't wait to do again!  My level is often closer to intermediate, so I modified by using 1 pound weights or sometimes skipping the weights.  Everything else was golden!

I like everything about this beautiful teacher. Please bring her back for some new work in the studio at Pilates Anytime. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic class! Love your cues!  Just taught some of these in my Pilates mat class tonight! They loved them!
