That class is awesome. After finishing a hiit series in October/Nov which I alternated days with this series I am now stronger and have more endurance than I had 2 months ago!

Love this 🔥 I like doing HIIT with kettlebells and weights but lately I’m in that "low on energy and only want pilates mode" but this reminded me that the combo is so amazing. Thank you! I’m excited to follow this program and I hope you come to Corefirst Pilates pleaseeee I use their at home equipment bc I don’t have an option for a reformer right now.
