Hello Midori, In this video we are showing some leg and footwork using 3 red springs. I suggest you use springs you are most comfortable with in your home or studio practice. The first exercise is the classic prehensile postion - toes wrapped around the footbar to strengthen the metatarsal and toes. Hope this helps! Best wishes, Diane
