2 years later and this is still one of my absolute favorite classes! I love the energy of this wonderful duo.

The magic circle is one of my favorite props and I'm so glad it was used throughout the class! Excellent demonstrations of using this prop as a tool to deepen an exercise and as well as help focus 

I died about 10 times during that class but it was sooo good ahahaha - thank you both,you are amazing 🤩

passing the circle on teasers is so fun and I feel like can add some excitement and stimulation for the client while still being super effective 

rainbows with an actual shape to follow would be great for building proprioception
