Niedra Gabriel thanks for your reply. No, I have very fleible shoulders and chest, but just underneath the shoulder blades a few tight spots that I want to address with the rolling. I have now ordered Yamuna balls and will try it again once they arrived and get back. Might be the soft ball made me hold more as it is not supporting the body weight. Thanks for your work! 

Esther B Do keep me informed of how you do - the Yamuna balls allow you to inflate or deflate so you can find the degree or pressure that is best for you current physical condition. Wishing you much success. 

Niedra Gabriel thanks for asking. Just received the balls a few days ago, and i love rolling with them. It is a very different experiene with the Yamuna balls vs my squishy pilates balls, and also very different to foam rollers. I teach Pilates and Gyrotonic and consider myself to be flexible and in good shape, yet I notice a difference in my muscles after a few times rolling out alongside my spine. The balls give a direct feedback where I have more tension, and the tighter spots around the shoulders feel already better. I prefer the pearl ball, for some areas the silver ball. Only around the cervical spine, I might want a softer ball, but I had an injury there and feel less pressure is better in this delicate area.  I will keep the balls in my daily routine, as warm up and\or to unwind at the end of the day. Really appreciate that these videos are up here, and will definitely work with them. Thanks for introducing this!
