I have to add that I felt huge relief from tight muscles around my tummy area this morning after doing the class, but sadly I was obviously not careful enough around my ribs on one side and I am now in some considerable discomfort. It certainly was not apparent when I did it, but do be cautious as Niedra keeps warning during the class to avoid the ribs. I thought I was being careful but clearly not quite careful enough with the very lowest floating ribs. Oh my it hurts!
