Meredith, I loved your class! as always. I have 3 students with double knee replacement and cannot do any kneeling on their knees. Is there a modification you would recommend or just use different movements there entirely?
Sandy, When people have trouble working on their knees I try to give them standing or sitting variations or choose a different movement that accomplishes the same goal. Thanks for watching :)
Lately, I've taken classes from some of the other very talented and inspiring teachers (both "regular" and "visiting") at PA. I have enjoyed and learned from them all. That said those were visits or pathways...your classes are my journey!
Two weeks now without internet while I am in Mexico. Oh how I've missed you! I've been faithfully practicing everyday, but nothing compares to having your guidance and example. Oh well, at least for today i got to enjoy that!
I took your recommendation from class 1827 and just bought a new theraband (black/heavy). Now I feel like I've got an entirely new set of classes to take with the different resistance they offer! And you were correct...easily available on Amazon...less than $8 and with free shipping to boot.
An old favorite I still revisit. Doing the side lying portion of the class I use a resistance loop //www.premiumtherapyproducts.com/#! exercise-bands-and-loops/cikp instead of tying the theraband around my thighs. It slips on and off effortlessly and is far more comfortable.
