I appreciated this. Originally tried it back when it was released and am only sorry I didn't add it to my queue -- it's terrific! I usually lean on HIIT to raise my cardio, but that's harder on the knees as I age. This covered all of the Pilates principles and kept the heart rate up. And so much fun!
OK NOW!! Hold the phone... this was awesome! I just made a comment yesterday how I thought maybe Pilates wasn't for me. THIS was SO fun. I am a HIIT/heavy weight junkie and recently tore my rotator cuff and piraformis. I felt lost yesterday, but this workout gives me hope. I need structure and stuff laid out for me. I'm trying to get out of the mind set that 1000% isn't better. I'm sweaty but not goo on the floor and my body feels great and not tortured! Thank you for the inspiration!
