So nice to see the use of reformer exercises on the mat! Loved seeing knee stretch and rowing :)
Thank you all for your wonderful feedback! Sonja N - I find it challenging as well to keep my feet down! When I feel like I need extra support, I add ankle weights or I put my feet under a couch to give me a bit more stability. Nancy Meier - great idea to add hand weights! It can definitely give you a bit more of a challenge and feedback during the upper body exercises!
