We find that is incredibly valuable for our Active Aging community to move their body in all directions, at a range that feels most suitable to them. If the body only moves in limited directions, then the overall range of motion and mobility will be limited as well.
Have done for second time; first with chair at home and second time in my studio with box on reformer (like a chair); then without box, shoulder rests off and shins pressing out against foot bar sides. . Love your cues and simple moves. Felt great for my body and I’m sure for my older clients too.
