Amy, you ask tough questions! I loved the ab series with the hands in straps. Really focuses on upper abdominals which I think tend to be forgotten and under used sometimes. I also loved the single leg and double leg kicks with back extension. And the stretches at the end were delicious! Not sure if that answered your question! Thanks for a great class.
