Took this class before starting my day teaching. This was fantastic! So much packed into a short time. Time flew and I had a blast while working out with yall! Thank you! I can’t wait revisit this class already.

love the addition of arm choreography with running in place.

I enjoyed the movements but I found all the talking and transitions took away from the workout. I would've enjoyed more flow and less up/down/spring change/discuss what's next. But the overall feel of the class was good.
