Omg, I didn’t know my body needed this until I started the class. I was looking for an advanced hardwork class and jumped in but I realized I was pushing myself so hard lately and what I need is this magical moments with lovely Amy Heavens. Thank you so much, you made my day 💫

Spent this afternoon in from of my computer doing loads of tax stuff and admins….SUPER THANK YOU AMY! It felt great to softly move. Thank you for sharing and guiding us.
