A lovely class! What a wonderful way to connect to the front and BACK of the body with the breathe.

I just found this class, Jo, and it was wonderful, thank you. I loved everything about it, and especially your Aussie accent (I live in the Blue Mountains of NSW).  I'll  now seek out more of your classes.
