Hi Usha......thank you! I have slightly rounded shoulders and yes.....overworked neck muscles (not always....but sometimes....short lats too!) so this routine feels very nice to me. Glad you liked it too!
Gotta tell you how this sequence is a lifesaver for me! At the end of February I broke C2 when my truck rolled over on the interstate. I now have C1-4 bolted to a rod with little mobility; the only bad effects I have are neck muscle spasms, the only relief for which I've found is doing this sequence.
