I absolutely enjoyed this entire class. I generally like when classes are pretty hard, but those kinds of classes often miss the nuanced stretching and lengthening of a class like this... which makes you feel great in muscles and joints that don't get as much attention as they should. It wasn't till I joined P.A. that anyone told me to do a side plank and rotate my raised arm down, under, and toward my feet.. which tends to pop 3-5 vertebrae in my lower back.. which is very nice. If i want a great class, Meredith's are at the top of my list. Thanks Again Meredith:)
